Returns and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction with your Hissyfit experience is our #1 priority. So we’re happy to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You won’t have to throw a fit to get what you want!
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your item and in original, unworn, undamaged condition. And we’ll pay for your return shipping.
Here’s what to do:
If you’d like to return or exchange a Hissyfit item, send an email to info@gohissyfit.com. Let us know whether you want to return or exchange an item. Please note that we can exchange an item for a different size of the same design.

We’ll send you a free return shipping label for your package. Include a note with the following info: your name, order number, and desired size of replacement product (if exchanging) or indication that you are returning for refund. Then slap on the pre-paid label and head to your post office. We’ll let you know when we receive your item.

If you’re returning an item, we’ll let you know when your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If exchanging an item, you’ll receive a notification with the exchanged item is shipped. We’ll do our best to ship the replacement item within 24 hours of receiving the item you sent back to us.
Gifts
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes or gift credit for return if you received your Hissyfit item as a gift. Please email us at info@gohissyfit.com to receive your free shipping label. In order to verify the original purchase, we will need to know the name of the person who originally ordered the product as well as the approximate date of order.
